Returns & Refunds
1. General Policy
Quasarloop is dedicated to making sure you are happy with our products. We have a simple returns and refunds policy if you're not completely happy with your purchase, subject to the conditions listed below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Within 30 days of the purchase date, returns are accepted.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
4. Return procedures
Please follow the guidelines below for all returns:
- To initiate the return process, please email customer service at support@quasarloop.store.
- Clearly state the reason for the return and give your order number.
- Await instructions on where to send the item.
- To expedite the process, please include a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.
You will receive an email confirming the completion of your return once we have received and confirmed it (typically within 72 hours of receipt). If a refund is required, it will be granted within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that if you rely on your bank or credit card company, it will take an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.
5. Cases of Return
- Consumer remorse: If the return is due to regret, the buyer pays for the return shipment. The original delivery cost will be deducted from the item's purchase price before a refund is issued.
- Faulty Product: If a product is faulty, please provide clear photos of the defect to support@quasarloop.store. We will arrange for a return label and, after examination, will offer a complete refund.
- Package Damaged: If your package arrives clearly damaged, please photograph the damage and inform us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to fix the problem and send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Package Torn: Please note any damage and get in touch with us right away if the shipment is torn when it arrives. We will work with the shipping company to fix the issue and deliver a replacement or a refund.
